- Major financial institute – Development of Talent Strategy, HR strategy, development and implementation of competency framework, one on one coaching with 32 senior leaders over the last 2 years (diagnostic debrief, development plan preparation, MBTI focus and strategic relationship building).
- Major financial bank – Working with high potential senior leaders for a 12 month period to develop to future roles and focus on targeted development (including diagnostics and development plans).
- Banking – working with high potential mid level manager talent pool (diagnostics, Development plans)
